Some loves feature Gardeners on an epic quest to discover a truth or acquire the wisdom necessary to transform a world—a quest opposed by Knights who seek to thwart them. The clearest recent example of this kind of love story is The X-Files—a series about two investigators who sought the truth about the existence of extraterrestrial life on Earth.
