Author: Cassidy S. Dale has served as a futurist and consultant for the past 15 years. The Knight and The Gardener is derived from material he teaches in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Drew University. He currently advises the U.S. Government on religious conflict.

Designer: Amy D. Dale has a Master of Fine Arts degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech. She currently works for The Douglas Group designing signage and wayfinding systems for buildings across the United States.
